Day 12 – June 17 – We revised our tour plans in an effort to get back on schedule. Ken and Ross, along with Joyce, stayed in Carson City to rebabbit the main bearings and assemble his engine. It couldn’t have been done without the good services and equipment available at the garage of Ed Katzorke, a fine machinist. The rest of us started north for Lassen Volcanic National Park instead of heading for Crescent City, CA. David Johnson and the Capps, Jennifer, Ginger, and Nancy and I had a beautiful drive through the rugged and beautiful Lassen Park and stayed in a small motel on the north side of the park.

Sorry, we have no photographs for today.
